Seems CI uses Vc 1.2 for qt5/kf5 stable builds and even Vc master for master kf5-qt5.
Both Krita and Calligra for any qt5 still require only 0.7.*

There is WIP to also support Vc 1.2 with Krita (& then Calligra), but for now please use 0.7.* with any builds of Vc, as done for the Qt4 builds.
