Ark should be able to check at runtime which plugins are actually available. In particular, if e.g. rar is not installed, we should not offer to the user the ability to create a rar archive, in the CreateDialog.

Possible implementation: add the executables in the JSON metadata of the plugin.
Then we can do this check in the Kerfuffle::supportedXXXMimeTypes() functions.
This also allows us to add the lrzip executable to the libarchive plugin, which is not cli-based.
