We should verify that in a full KF6 installation the following conditions are met:

• All relevant binaries have the right major version suffix
• All frameworks plugins are installed to plugins/kf6
• Generally no 5 in the names anywhere
• All headers are installed to include/KF6
• Ideally share/kservices6 would be empty
• Ideally share/kservicetypes6 would be empty
• Ideally no plugins that aren't in a subdirectory of plugins/
• No kde4-related stuff is installed
• No headers for deprecated classes are installed
• to be extended
