Hey, New to the community. I would like to get involved in sorting out this issue. Any nudges in the right direction are majorly appreciated. As in, Educating me on which files do I need to look through, where do I need to make the necessary additions etc.

Sorry, didn't see this. I've already working on adding modifier keys to remote keyboard. Maybe you can add other special keys (esc, tab...)

Ideally after https://invent.kde.org/network/kdeconnect-ios/-/merge_requests/88 merged, to reduce the conflicts. Since you're likely to edit the same files.
