Motivation

Explain the general motivation for this Goal. Is it a problem you want to solve? An opportunity you'd wish the KDE community should pursue? Perhaps it's motivated by a need from a group that needs their voices heard?

Plan

Assuming this Goal is selected, what steps will you take to achieve it?
Please list short both term actions and general milestones for the ~2 years of the Goal being in focus of the KDE community.

Community

It's impossible to achieve an ambitious Goal alone. How will you use the power of the community to help?
Maybe a big task that needs a lot of people involved, or perhaps there are many smaller ones that can be distributed?
Use this section to describe how this Goal could be a Goal for the whole community.

Risks and needs

List any risks you see that could prevent the Goal to achieve its purpose and how to mitigate them.
Also, if something is needed to work on this Goal - a skill, a tool or anything that the community can provide - mention it in this section.

Champion

As a Goal champion, you will not only work on the Goal, but also motived the community to join in and be the "face" of the Goal!
Use this section to tell the community about yourself and why the Goal is important for you personally.
You can also put here any additional info that didn't fit in the other sections that you feel is important.

Interest

This section is intended for people other than the Champion to sign up and show support for the Goal.
