As mentioned on kde-core-devel a couple weeks ago I've been working on a triage system for MRs based on gitlab-triage. It's meant to run a pipeline on a schedule that gathers up stale MRs for a human to look at via issues it files for the triage run.

Consequently I'd like https://invent.kde.org/sitter/triage moved somewhere, I'm guessing sysadmin/ would be most appropriate. All devs should be able to edit issues though so they can tick checkboxes, not sure that's possible with sysadmin repos.

Also we'll want an API access token for a bot user set in the K8S_SECRET_TOKEN variable.
