Currently energy saving KCM is based on old API, it needs removing and new KCM needs to be written, which allows to e.g configure various timeouts and shows stats about power usage/battery usage.

We need to think design/use-case research, and also ideally check what code we can share with the desktop power management.
Todo: breakout with the VDG.
Also problem on mobile is powerdevil reads timeouts in minutes which is not optimal for mobile, you want to have timeouts in seconds.
