It's a common pattern in unstructured extractors, airport names often have the form "$airport - Terminal $terminal" or similar, we can apply some heuristics to split this in post-processing, rather than having that in each extractor script.

This helps to keep the airport name more compact, and it provides the terminal information that in some case (LHR, CDG, etc) is actually quite relevant.
