The network and wifi plasmoid is not keyboard navigate able

Reproduce:
Click on network and wifi icon in panel
arrow up/ down or press tab

result:

• the list entries (connections) are never focused
• only the embedded "connecting" / "disconnecting" button is not focus able

What should happen:

• the list entries (connections) should be focus able using arrow up/down
• pressing tab should focus the connection / disconnection button for the selected list entry
• pressing up /down should move in the list up or down

i mark it as high since the system settings doesn't work here as well (broken keyboard navigation). Without a blind person don't have access to an network without fiddling with nmctl or similar
