Refactor of section-handling unit-test

Now using names instead of indexes
for section verification.

Document now is created with standard features.
No hacks now.

Found bug in KoTextDocument (null pointer after
create on demand of KoSectionModel).

Added unittest to check creation of test document
through KoSectionModel.
