Basic fix for absolute library reference (R.framework) on Mac.

It seems we cannot reliable create a movable R installation, after all.
However, with this change users will be able to use RKWard with an official
R release, installed separately.
Some additional changes will be needed in the RKWard startup code, to handle
this, smoothly.
