Fixed some bugs.

• Fixed cursor movement in CommandEntries with information items.
• Fixed the drag image of ImageEntries, so that no text is drawn when an image is set.
• Fixed a dangling pointer problem that happend when the last-focused text item was deleted without currently having focus. When a new text item was focused after that Cantor used to crash.
