Description

Added ActionBar (which still needs work)

When the cursor rests on an entry the new ActionBar fades in, and offers buttons for evaluating (if necessary), dragging and deleting. Currently the ActionBar looks bad, even more so when the worksheet is scaled.
The drag pixmap is now drawn correctly when the entry has grandchildren (i.e. children which have children themselves).
