Refactoring insertion of clipboard data

Refactoring the insertion of clipboard or drag'n'drop data: The
high-level 'insert text' function delegates much of its functionality
into the 'insert BibTeX code' function (adding new elements to the
current file) and the 'insert URL' function (adding/associating an URL
to the currently selected entry).
