Allow passing a parent QWidget to the OAuth2 authenticator

This is needed whenever the browser window would need to be displayed
on top of an existing dialog window, which is the case when the
configuration dialog is open. Otherwise the modality order is wrong
and the browser window is unable to accept user input.
