Update KisTagModel after changes in DbExplorer

Before this commit, DbExplorer would successfully change the database
but those changes wouldn't appear in ResourceItemChooser
until the user changes something else that would reset KisTagModel.
This commit makes sure that the reset is called after making changes
in the DbExplorer.
