macos extended modifier monitor cleanup

localMonitor takes a reference to shortcut matcher to try to workarounf
a bug when performing a modifier from outside krita will make the
modifier stuck until that modifier is pressed again.
Fix extended modifiers getting stuck on macos

Prevents modifiers getting stuck if they are first seen
as an action from outside krita's focus.
