Fix icons and translations on buttons in Bundle Manager

Before this commit, all strings in Bundle Manager would be translated,
but without the context. This commit adds the context.
Before this commit the Deactivate/Activate button would always have
edit-delete icon. This commit changes it to only be visible when
the bundle it points to is active.
