Revert changes in KisWdgGenerator

This reverts the changes made by 74876f460726d05122214ad79fdaf8f8d8a81b48
It seems that the changes to this file in the master branch of the official
repo solve the glitches that appeared when opening the fill layer dialog to
edit the fill layer properties.
Although the configuration is still set multiple times, it seems
it is not a problem.
