- Don't show "Open Project"-like actions when right-clicking arbitrary items like files in the project-tree. Those actions simply don't fit into that context, and made the context-menu have 15 entries.. - Only show "Open Configuration" when right-clicking a project root item, as the configuration is project-global. - Correctly initialize ProjectFolderItemPrivate::m_isProjectRoot, so that the "Close Project" action is really only shown when a project root item is right-clocked.
