Description

  • Somewhat split out the color-choosing for semantic highlighting, so it can be more configurable in future - When a declaration was not found, build a use for the zero declaration, to make clear it wasn't found - If the new "highlight semantic problems" option is checked, highlight not found declarations with a red underline
