Fix creation of bookmark resources

All Resources in Nepomuk should have a uri of the form "nepomuk:/res/uuid".
A bookmark resource would be of type nfo:Bookmark, and would have a property
nfo:bookmarks <web-url>, which would point to the actual web url.
