Remove time-of-day from Event Viewer display of all-day to-dos

When the user uses the "Show" action to view an all-day to-do, the Event
Viewer dialog that opens shows a date and time in the "Start:" field, but
just a date in the "Due:" field. This patch removes the time from "Start:"
to make them consistent.
