During 4.1 soe distribution lists got saved as VCard entries, a technique used by the enterprise branch initially developed for KDE3. The class handling these "wrapped" distlists is in libkdepim, thus not available for the base plugins.

This copies only the methods needed for reading/parsing, so the 4.2 plugin can detect and convert the lists when it encounters them.
