Another big cleanup. Moved all category stuff to MetaWeblog, as it is not used in general. Changed signal behaviour to the simple emitting of an signal and let the slot set the internal vars on itself. If you need the info you can simply get it via the methods after the signal. This makes it flexible to set the vars corresponding to the needed values in the current API. Readded userName() (note different spelling) and setUserName( QString ) and added email() and setEmail( QString ) as they are used by all implementations at the moment.
