This implements initial Korean rules for pology. The rule itself is largely borrowed from ko-po-check, similar tool used by Korean GNOME translators.

I am asking a review for some technical perspectives of the ruleset. I wrote two rules using V3C hook in pology/lang/ko/language.py, as they use semi-auto-generated regular expressions. I know that it is possible to do the same thing without writing a hook script, but the resulting regex is quite long and hard to quickly understand in this case. What could be a best practice in this case?

ko-po-check itself provides test cases, and it passes the case what I need at this moment.
