Summary

By doing a roundtrip with a Timer (QMetaObject::invokeMethod with QueuedConnection isn't sufficient) we delay showing the panel window until its contents have settled and we avoid visual glitches.

Test Plan

This is an alternative approach to D2475 and D2476 which don't need adjustments to the Panel QML.
