Bump sddm to version 0.18 based on the recipe in meta-qt5-extra and also move sddm into it's own directory.

In general this is fine, the way this deals with the QML installation directory is a step back though IMHO, as it's now split over multiple places. Anyway, that's a good reminder for me to fix this properly upstream :) https://github.com/sddm/sddm/pull/1130
We can merge this as is, and update once a proper solution is agreed with upstream.
