Any specific reason why msvc2015 instead of msvc2017? Although I guess binary packages (libraries etc.) are basically compatible between these two, at least if they don't use any "advanced" features like LTCG or the like.

The reason is that 2017 isn't officially supported by Qt and this is meant to be a stable release.
