Publish GCompris in the Microsoft Store

Description

GCompris will be a useful program on Windows. We should package it and upload it to the KDE Community's account on the Microsoft Store.

As Johnny said, I already published it on the windows store.
Same as with the android version, I can not publish it from a different account to sell it.
Also, in case you're wondering, I only published the paid full version there, as the free demo version is already available for this platform from our website.
Another thing, we only have the NoOpenGL version (with software rendering) on the store because initially I submitted the version using OpenGL but it was rejected as it doesn't work on the minimal platform required to be on the store (I think it's about Windows S ... answer from microsoft contact said solution would be to package OpenGL with the app, but I'm not sure how that can be done as OpenGL support depends on system drivers for each different machine...).
