@apol said he may want to change his photo for the Welcome text. This comment is a reminder for before we make the report public.

So where are we now for this? Since the report is basically already public (for people who know how to edit a URL in the menubar of the browser), it's a bit odd to leave it hanging. Items I can identify in this ticket:

• @apol and his photo
• sponsor quotes
• infographics
• financial report looks like it is there, @hein ?

Deadline? And how do you want to handle the release? Putting news on ev.kde.org is a matter of writing an entry in the news section there, but I imagine a dot mention would be warranted as well.

Or we could ditch the quotes and publish today... well, tomorrow.

I have two people who have promised quotes but keep not getting back to me. :/ I've poked them a few times. I can do it again, or try to reach out to other contacts. If anyone else has contacts who they can mine for this that would yield faster results, that might be good.

It occurs to me Pedro Bessa from Qt? We haven't had a quote from them for a while. @aniqakhokhar talks to him often. I'm sure we could get a quote quickly from him. And what about Amanda Brock from OSI/OpenUK and someone from KDAB, like Frances Tait or Robert Brock? We have worked on several projects together. I am confident I can approach all of these people and get a reply
