Easy to follow common problems guide
Open, Needs TriagePublic

Description

When a new user has a serious issue (or thinks it is) it's not too convinient to search for possible answers in dozens of forums. Many of them are for ubuntu systems where if you are dumb like me you may even install Gnome accidentally.
A new common problems (starting with black screen on boot) page with clear easy to follow steps (or solutions from other forums), icons (maybe even graphics) to help a new user not give up on solving it.
If it works users could submit their own solutions.
What to do if your KDE Neon system boots to a black screen?
Try to go into grub/terminal and try to run these commands:......
did it work? yes/no: try nomodeset ect.

I'll try to make a mockup if it's not a too big project to do now.

Would it make sense to put this into the wiki so it were easy to contribute to? It would need monitoring, obviously, but I think it would encourage others to submit their own problems + solutions. Maybe it would need a template so others could get it right and it doesn't become too chaotic

I would, or just rework https://userbase.kde.org/Troubleshooting and make it show up at https://kde.org/support/ or https://wiki.kde.org/.

I'm not the right person to write guides though
