Currently there is only one colour scheme used in Plasma Themes, including for the panels and Plasmoid popups. This inherently restricts Plasma Theme makers a whole bunch as they have to design their themes around this restriction to make sure they are still readable.

The point of this request is that a second colour scheme is added for the Plasmoids' popups. This'd allow people to be more visually expressive with their themes as they would no longer have to keep the popups from Plasmoids consistent with the panel's styling to keep things readable. This would also make themes such as a truer Arc theme, a Feren OS Classic styled theme, a Windows XP/Vista/7/8.X styled theme, etc all possible to a much more accurate degree.
