We shall remove the "ancient" kpackages.h header with the list of bugzilla components and provide in KAboutData optional in addition to "productName" as list of bugzilla components the user can report bugs to for the dialog in KXmlGui.

remove ability to report bugs against arbitrary stuff from a static list Summary: this list hasn't been updated since 2013.
