This is about merging Kubuntu Dev Tools into KA.

Assessment

• For technical convenience, before starting this operation the KA's python package 'lib' was renamed to 'libka'

• Some KDT commands are obsolete and must be dropped, others must be imported into KA while others must be reworked or merged its functionality with a similar command from KA. Below there's a list of KDT commands and proposed actions for each one.
