There are a couple of visual paper-cuts which could be fixed for the {nav Properties > General} dialog page, in particular for folders:
[x] {D14501}
[ ] {D14449}
[ ] "Address the issue where it starts out with only one text line, then (after computing the size), jumps to a two-line layout. On remote folders, it looks even worse, because the text line is empty, and so the "Calculate" button looks disconnected from the Size label." (via D14501#301044) – We should always (for folders at least) display both lines, and set an appropriate default text instead of leaving them empty.
[ ] [Bug 336715](https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=336715) – Read-only fields on the General tab should be selectable so their information can be copied (AFAIK only "Device usage" is still missing this.)
[x] When a folder name is readonly, the input field next to the icon should reflect that visually, e.g. by only showing a label instead of a textedit, or by using the label-with-a-frame trick. D14610
[ ] Fix inconsistency: When viewing properties for the root folder, window title and name label show an empty folder name instead of "/".
