{F3740831} Current name: "Local Color", category Mix. Discussable. New color mode, combine Multiply (if top color value <50%) and reversed Divide (if >50%). Similar to Hard light but hard light use Screen then value 50%. I think Divide gives better and more correct results than Screen. This color mode good for adding shadows AND lights. You can use it to quick darken one thing, light up another and then add some stipe\tattoo on object with lights and shadow and this stripe\tattoo will looks realistic and won't need changes to fit it to scene\character. I made it because: 1) I wanted good, easy to use blending mode for light up things, something that is also do keep correct value structure. Basically I wanted Multiply but for lights. Divide is quite close, but it invert Hue and not very intuitive (pure white add 0 light, pure black - make things white). This is why I used inverted Divide, that way it works as expected. 2) I wanted blending mode that I can use for both lighten and darken and get good results for each case. Some examples (made in VM without pressure): {F3741032} {F3741034} {F3741450}
