## Problem
KDE Planet has a set of guidelines well hidden under the [[ https://planet.kde.org | "Add your Blog" ]] link. As per one of them,
Blog posts about personal subjects are also encouraged since Planet KDE is a chance to learn more about the developers behind KDE.
So for example, blog posts on political topics are allowed. This may come (and comes) as a surprise to the readers who expect only KDE-related content on Planet KDE.
## Proposed solution
* Since "Add your Blog" already includes much more than what its name says, rename it to "About Planet", rearrange it to prioritize the description and guidelines, possibly also make it a proper page rather than a small overlay sheet.
* Put a short paragraph about Planet in the content area before the posts to quickly explain where the visitors are; link to the "About ..." page.
See e.g. the "Welcome" block on https://phabricator.kde.org
