**Goal**
//This is to brainstorm/organize a campaign to promote KDE Frameworks as a technology directly but also KDE as a community indirectly.//
KDE Frameworks is an important part of KDE but it doesn't get all the attention it deserves. It is the technology that KDE Gear runs on but also a few third party apps. One of the objectives of this campaign is to promote KDE Frameworks to encourage more people to use KDE Frameworks either as first party app (KDE projects) or by third party apps as part of the Streamlined Application Development Experience - KDE Goal.
Very soon we are also going to release Python and Rust bindings for the KDE Frameworks expanding our community beyond the C++ sphere.
**Possible target audience**
- Developers
- Computer Science students
- Free software community
- Businesses
- Events/Conferences
**Products**
Social media / blog posts - these would vary depending on platform and target groups
Showcase some first/third party apps. We can showcase some of our apps and highlight features of the Frameworks here.
- Feature third party apps, get some statements from the devs.
- Examples - create a series of short code snippets showing examples of Frameworks usage in social media.
- Examples - create a series longer format tutorials for our documentation and also video tutorials for youtube.
