Without this patch,Previously, disabling an action would still cause the shortcut sequence defined for that action to be active, which very easily caused clashes and required manual intervention. having two pages on the page stack at the same time using the same shortcut keysequence for their actions (for exampleNow, two instances of the same page)simply disabling the action will propagate that to the shortcut, will result in all those actions failing to work once the second page is instantiateding in simpler code than the previous state.
