Add a plugin to the KDE Connect Android application which supports reading the Android contacts databases and bundling requested data as network packages - Once through the Android layer, all contacts are associated with a unique ID. This ID happens to be the NAME_RAW_CONTACT_ID in the Contacts database, but that detail is unimportant - Future requests for information about a contact can be made using this unique ID - Since this plugin could leak sensitive information over DBus, it is disabled by default
