On ARM platform, the blobs might report as OpenGL ES 2.0 but they haveCurrent code path was attempting to use both framebuffer blit and
blit supported anyway.glReadPixels on OpenGL ES, In worst case we might yield empty screenshotinstead change the code to use framebuffer
which is case anyway if usingblit and glGetTexImage on OpenGL ES 2.0
This fixes taking screenshot on Plasma Mobileand glReadPixels on the OpenGLES as it
doesn't have glGetTexImage available.
