This shows Apple products with Apple Software. :) Someone sitting on a PC with KDE and Krita in production use would show what KDE can do.
card suggestions for https://kde.org/for/:
Inspired by the KDE for Scientists page, one proposal I have is:

It might be a silly question, but are there any flights available for that somewhat short distance?
I just found out some unfortunate news that may prevent me from attending the event. Yesterday, the train system announced that a section of the tracks will be closed "until further notice" due to falling debris. This means that all of the train tickets I was looking at have been canceled. This was my planned mode of transportation for the event given its distance and early start time. I will try to look into other transportation options like the bus, but unless the train service is restored, I will likely be unable to attend the event. Apologies for the late notice, I was looking forward to being there. I'll keep you updated in case anything changes.

Agh! Pity. We need a division just to sort out which events to go to.
The event starts tomorrow, so maybe next year
I have marked myself as off of work for this week (Jun 19, 2023 - Jun 23, 2023) to make myself available to work the event. I don't expect my manager will not approve this. If for some reason he does, I will update this thread.
Mi lista:
Sat, Jun 3
Fri, Jun 2
Oh I see that now, 8am-12pm, was looking at the wrong event in the schedule before. That may work, I would have to take a very early train.
Is this the correct venue adress?
2500 North Hollywood Way Burbank, California 91505
The goal is to talk with users and potential users, show them the next new cool stuff. I hope we can convince a few people to contribute but it's hard to quantify the number of them. It's good to be at this sort of conference to support local Linux communities.
- It may help give some focus to the event and the activities you carry out if you define some goals, something that will answer the question: "What do we expect to achieve by attending this event?" . If it something very specific and quantifiable, like "increase the number of contributors to the XYZ project by 50", so much the better.

A couple of things or 3:
Yes! great news! If anyone else can make it, we then have the perfect 2-person team again.
Wed, May 31
Okay, so some personal things got canceled that should free me up to work this event. I am still validating, but a quick glace of my calendar for any other conflict seems to show that I'm clear.
Wed, May 24
Unfortunately I am not going to be available to work the booth for this one. I can help plan and I can hand off the boothbox stuff to those who will be working it, but I just won't be available for the dates of this event.

We figured in a meeting about 1200 stickers more or less
