Adding multiple payment options (that doesn't require sign up) would make donation easier.

I think that's a good idea, pulling in projects that would benefit from the help of the KDE community. I came across one as well: https://github.com/rochus-keller/CrossLine. No idea if the developer want's assistance but the project is based on Qt4. Maybe he would be interested in porting to Qt5.

Print, Print Preview and Export are related but not variants and are fine on the first level of the menu; grouping them seems unnecessary.

I only made changes to planetkde/planet_template and added it to staging (git add planetkde/planet_template), it seems arc diff did the rest. The changes made to the config are actually good though.

Keeping usernames is fine as long as they are not used as the primary identifier for a user.

On the web side of things, a Dockerfile per web{site, application} would be helpful. That way, those who use docker can do isolated development from containers.

Good idea @ach

I thought it was a useful addition to show the link to the page's Phabricator repo in the js console. It's either that or return nothing.

ok, cool.
The submenu heading on the gray background isn't consistent with the other main menu heading which have no border but otherwise, it looks good.
The whole area of the Kirigami style back button is clickable. The back navigation in the sidebar I mean.
Mar 27 2018
Yea, the hover border isn't necessary. Maybe the back navigation should work like how it does with Kirigami or similar.
I prefer the system settings as it currently is in 5.12, though the submenu heading could be a little bit darker.
The idea of mapping Meta+↑/Meta+↓ to maximize/minimize is pretty convenient. Here's a scenario: Say one wants to maximize the window tiled to the left, which one feels more convenient, Meta+↑ or Meta+PgUp?

The preferences-desktop-wallpaper icon beside "Configure Desktop" works.
What do you think about a dedicated stack for web development? As there is C++, Qt/QML for the desktop, like wise a dedicated/preferred programming language(s) and framework can be chosen for the web. This would help in onboarding contributors to the web side of things and potentially make management of the web stack easier for both the developers and the system admins.

With the double click option, it allows for two different functionality (place at home row, and highlight) as opposed to one if there was only 1 click to highlight. The previous functionality would be lost with the new single-click.
How about double click to highlight instead of tripple click?
Mar 24 2018
Since wallpaper is a feature of the desktop I don't think mentioning wallpaper in the context menu title is necessary. "Configure Desktop" sounds a little technical but with the wallpaper image beside it it should be more clear. the word "Configure" is used throught plasma so maybe that's a case to work with it.
Mar 23 2018
Also, on a different but related note, how about a preferences shortcut for "Desktop Wallpaper" (or some other suitable text) searchable from the start menu and krunner? This would be similar to the other desktop preferences that are searchable like "Desktop Theme", "Desktop Effects", etc..

- Fit to image size
Long theme names may make buttons quite large. How would this work for a theme name like "Phabricator", or a two word theme name "Hydrogen Next"?

Change the text font color and the sidebar navigation colors
Mar 18 2018
How about adding a"Configure Theme" or "Configure..." button within the "Theme" tab at the bottom left, adjacent to the "Border size" dropdown? (Around where the cursor is in the image).

How about showing the Photo of the Day from somewhere like unsplash as the wallpaper for the login/lock-screen, with a little blur or slightly opaque black overlay (around 10-20%) on password input focus.
Mar 12 2018
I wonder if one should dumb down the interface to accommodate this word scanning habit, where one doesn't really read stuff one just scans the screen for a keyword and then gets frustrated when the keyword (like "Wallpaper") doesn't show up . Well if it works then fine. The proposed text is quite long though.
Windows has the word "Personalize" which is quite descriptive. "Customize Desktop" sounds fine as well. but I think the word "Configure" is used more often throughtout the Plasma desktop.

Ok, If it can work with KImageAnnotator then that would be interesting. One could edit images before saveand after save.
How about something like this instead of a new UI for editing screenshots with Spectacle: https://github.com/lupoDharkael/flameshot/blob/master/img/appPreview/animatedUsage.gif
