nathanchristenson triaged T9924: Move Akonadi database-interfacing code into "akstorage" library as Normal priority.

Do you want to draw the line at the files listed above, as far as what to move into the akonadistorage library? I'm not sure which functionality is clearly not a part of the akonadistorage library, so I'll need some guidance here.

Am I understanding this correctly - by db fsck, do you mean running a consistency check of the database, such as mysqlcheck?
