That's perhaps too much trouble for little gain so I'll wait for external feedback before continuing.

My point was to make it a bit more dynamic and add something like getNotificationChannels in the plugin interface, I am drafting something.
Any strong argument against the idea ?
Ok for low I prefer most of my notifications silent but that's personal preference indeed.

What do you think about the possibility of letting plugins contribute their notificationchannels ?
I am working on adding notifications for clipboard and URL sharing (I don't like auto opening and copying) and it would be nice to add a channel for them.
I also propose to change default channel to low, I think it makes more sense, but that's clearly up to debate ;)
