For reference, this is how you talk: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Imperative_mood , it's considered very rude in english.
There was also a mention that QFileInfo doesn't work on Windows for checking whether a directory is writable... Maybe also related?
after @kamathraghavendra had a 10 minutes of waiting trying to save a 22K by 19K image, @dkazakov said it should be possible to have better saving progress feedback implemented.

- Appimage apparantly needs the debugsymbols to not be stripped according to @rempt , this currently happens to reduce size)
- repositoryversion can have debugsymbols seperate.
- Flatpak, no idea.
- dr. Konqi is the KCrash library and I think it starts up when there's a debugsymbols package available, but I am not privy to it's actual workings.
I have been meaning to do something about the crashlog guide, but I just don't have a windows device, so it's been windragon and scott who update it.

Again, @KonqiDragon, will you provide these animated files for us, or are you just gonna use the imperative voice on everything?
Er, we do have a peertube account: https://share.tube/accounts/kritafoundation/videos

I would like to start with one single survey for all platforms first.
Are you testing a bot on the phabricator website???

And here's some simple tool cursors to go with it. @Deevad did the last batch, but I feel they're in line with his.
And these two have the magnet angled, which might be a bit more dynamic.

From the meeting notes today:
KonquiDragon has been creating some tasks for updating the website. He mentions that the highlights page could be better, but indicates he has no idea how to do the work.
- The highlights page is where people go to when they want to decide whether downloading Krita is a good idea. It needs to show the main features Krita has, and a few surprises.
- We could add the animation feature to the highlights page
- An overview of the full UI
- A video or gif that shows how easily the UI can be rearranged
- Links to the manual

Hi, I am going to close this as invalid as you're going around making these tasks without getting in contact with us first, and not responding to my request to do so.

Hi, can you next time first bring this up during one of the irc meetings? They're on Monday 14pm cest on the freenode server, channel #krita, we have a section at the end for other business.

I just reported this bug: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=410548
Then I'm thinking that maybe we should start with having the surveys linked inside the monthly post, like
Yes, exactly. That one's 'solved' then(well, we need to ask sysadmin for further help, but...).
Well, we'll need to figure out a way to formalize it, so making it part of the actual meeting(what would we like to see in this month's development log) will be absolutely necessary.
I am thinking that for the 'feed' what we could just do is a monthly post with new stuff? The biggest problem we've had up till now with keeping people up with our development, is that there's noone with the time to write these articles. That's how the 'this week in krita' posts stopped happening.
