In case if it's not done: Would it be possible to upload the web page one or two day prior and send a reminder to kde-i18n? This way at least more translators would make the page ready for launch. Otherwise it's awkward to publish English page on various local channels or just too late until the translated version is ready.

Online tools generally slow down high-volume translators. Plus, they are slow, and require an internet connection. Downloading and uploading translations are always a hassle, and error-prone.
