I should note, I am going to move the engine out of plasma since kweathercore will not offer the same details. Once Plasma 6 is defined I'll be turning it into its own standalone app/plasmoid.

Hoping to get back into working on the backend as for how many, well depends how many weather providers will provide free API keys to use, I guess this is ok for now then. +1
-1 From me, what happens if we have more Weather Providers won't the dialog box be cluttered? If we can sort that out then +1

all good to me

For the applet side, I didn't rewrite this, the original applet was non-QtQuick even, but even so, this looks sane to me.

as for the change, it looks good to me..
Probably could also say the same for, winds/visibility those could be rounded in some places depending on the unit(s).
I wonder, some users might not want to see the temperature decimal points, maybe an option to hide it? The reason I exposed that level of temperature in the engine was when you live in cold climates the exact decimal temperature might help to tell you if there was ice possible. But from the UI side we could hide it by default instead and make it optional to expose the decimals?

When those land I'll have a PR for EnvCan provider/ion to support those too

Awesome!
I note for Environment Canada they have these
Now I'm wondering if I can get a blowing snow icon ;)
Still looks good to me

We do need another icon, Wind would be generic for Dust storm, or Blowing smoke, Blowing snow in this case.
'breez' or breeze' just curious here
No degree, but I have been following weather for years and on some mailing lists with meteorologists. 'Wind' can be a weather condition especially if its a dust storm. If NOAA lists it as a weather condition.

Merged into master, Plasma/5.16.

Ideally, this list shouldn't be so long since the XML schema http://dd.weatheroffice.ec.gc.ca/citypage_weather/docs/current_conditions_icon_code_descriptions_e.csv lists them all, except thats not what the XML shows :/ I should ask EC why the discrepancy
Thats the XML however, it is matching 'rainshowers'
Current XML shows (until the storm ends)
Will merge once reviewed.
