Are you admin or user of that site?
is there a link to kubuntu.org/hub or kubuntu.org/tasks on kubuntu.org?

please start the cafe not later than 19:00 UTC. that's midnight in my local time.
can someone please explain why you need a separate audio player? VLC can play virtually any audio and it does the job well. i think VLC makes a perfect default player for both video and audio. no, it can't satisfy everybody and no player can, but Kubuntu users have so many options which can cater to their particular needs.

My preference: Revisit for the Bionic Cycle.
so, you've decided to continue with 32-bit versions. therefore you should check the first box in the description and close the task. or do you want to return to this question for Bionic?
IIRC Valorie got testers on real HW for one of the Alphas or Betas. I know I tested three scenarios in VMs (Live, Full Disk, Full Disk with Encrypted LVM) for pretty much every alpha and beta and at least one, probably two, maybe all the final release candidates.

are ibus-qt4, libibus-qt1, python-qt4-dbus shipped with Artful? if yes then why? looks like nothing depends on those.
not installed by default in Artful:
- apturl-kde
- amarok
- baloo-utils
- ktimetracker
had you found any testers before Artful was released?
since Artful is out the task should be either updated for Bionic or closed as outdated/irrelevant.

There is a list on the phab wiki:

+1 from me, although I always install flash and then block by default. :-)
If it is only one line of code, I vote for removing it. I have been getting that nag for years, and I have never installed flash on Kubuntu. Back when a lot of sites needed flash, I trusted that Chrome could handle it, and if there was some important content hidden behind flash, and I trusted the provider, then I copied the link and opened it in Chrome.

All done .
Sorry for not being at the previous meeting. I'd like to attend if not in the midnight (My timezone is UTC+8 (Asia/Taipei) ). BTW Friday is Nov. 3rd.
Hey Franklin, this is wonderful input and I embrace your ideas. It is a shame you were not at the meeting, as I think your comments would have brought about very useful discussion.

My top two (in order):
Sorry for missing the meeting. It was at 23:00 Rome time but I was pooped after LibreOffice Conference yesterday.

The council discussed the following
Oh I like Kubuntu Assassin's very much Aaron, that's definetly better than Knights or Templars.
Ideas for aspects within the up coming show.
Collaborative discussion with other distro's about patching KDE to enable Distro Specific Support and website Links on the Help Menu

Why not Kubuntu Assassin's? Taking out target tasks?
I thought of two ideas to add into the mix

One thing we've discussed a few times in the past is putting some text somewhere in the applications or other menu places. Putting info into installer slides is useful perhaps, for those who see them, but once the install is done, the information is gone. I don't know where such text could live, however.
